Job Responsibilities

Tenant Manager
The Department of Administration's (Admin) Division of Facilities Management and Property Services is seeking a Tenant Manager to join the team.Β Facilities Management (FM) maintains and operates approximately 53 buildings which include the State House, Capitol Complex Office Buildings, the Governor’s Mansion, and other buildings in the Columbia area. In this role you will provide management of tenant services at the State of South Carolina Health Campus located at 400 Otarre Parkway in Cayce, SC.

Responsibilities of the Tenant Manager:
  • Maintain up to date seating charts for tenant employees at the State of South Carolina Health Campus.Β 
  • Assist in identifying any unauthorized tenant changes and report them immediately to Admin executive leadership.
  • Maintain all conference and training room calendars including the auditorium and processes tenant and visitor reservation requests.
  • Assist the State of South Carolina Health Campus Facilities Manager with non-maintenance tenant requests.
  • Coordinate and maintain badge and windshield sticker access according to established procedure on orientation days and on an ad hoc basis as necessary.Β 
  • Develop and maintain tenant employee directory to include contact and vehicle information.
  • Other duties as requested including but not limited to meeting with agency representatives, helping with developing inventory spreadsheets, and escorting contractors.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

  • A high school diploma and relevant program experience.Β 
  • A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.

  • Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies and procedures.Β 
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
