Position Overview:
The James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine invites applications for the position of Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs. This senior-level role is responsible for strategic curriculum development, oversight of student and resident affairs, managing advanced education programs and admissions, and advancing other key academic initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Dean and serving on the Deanβs Leadership Council, the Associate Dean plays a pivotal role in shaping a high-quality, student-centered curriculum that aligns with accreditation standards and institutional goals. The position is critical to fostering a dynamic academic environment that promotes student success, faculty and staff development, and innovation in dental education.
