Schedule & Pay:
- Sunday - Thursday: 12pm - 10pm
- Salary Position: $58,00-$70,000
- Paid every Friday
Our Warehouse Supervisor will:
- Coordinating daily operations (distribute tasks and oversee daily workload - Case Picking)
- Oversee training for new staff members
- Engage in routine problem-solving to navigate employees, customer requests, and workload fluctuations
- Holding accountability with employees
- Managing workflow and optimizing production
- Document daily site activity
- Build a positive workplace culture
- Help manually move freight, stock, and other materials
- Ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food and non-food products
- 80% on the floor supervising & providing support / 20% admin. tasks
Requirements:
- Management Experience
- Proficient in Computer Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability to exert force to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects
- Must have reliable transportation and means of contact
