Chick-fil-AAdvertised pay rate is for part-time applicants and the starting rate is $13-15/hour for 20+ hours/week and ability to open/close restaurant 3 times per week. Full-time team members may apply through this link and the rate is $15-17/hour. Full-time must able to work 35+ hours per week and availability to open/close restaurant. Wage will be adjusted for limited availability. .
As a BOH Team Member, you will support the front of house team and ensure food is prepared consistent to our standards. We will teach you everything else you need to know!
